Our business began as a student rental housing solution, but when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we recognized a new opportunity. The travel restrictions and rise of remote work resulted in a surge in demand for short-term rental accommodations. Seeing this trend, we pivoted our business strategy to adapt to the changing market.
We developed our Master Lease Partnership Agreement to provide a guaranteed and hassle-free source of income for residential and commercial property owners. As we built partnerships with property owners across the country, we became known for our reliability and professionalism.
